Warranty and RMA

What is your warranty policy and procedures?

  1. We offer 120 days warranty from the date of purchase order. The warranty is for manufacturing defects, quality, function, and electrical issues of components that delivered in the warranty period.
  2. The warranty does not apply for defects products that caused by customers assembling negligently or due to improper operation.
  3. The buyer may submit a return request email with the order details include test report along of issue description and should get from the sales team the returns authorization.
