Yes, Eurochip sales team send an order acknowledge once your order is placed and order confirmation with the conditions.

Shipping typically takes 7-10 business days depending on freight companies and your location. Delivery times may vary based on the destination and local Customs.

### How is shipping arranged?
We ship to all worldwide countries. You can choose the freight companies DHL,UPS or others. You have the option to select pre-paid or input your corporate freight account number.

The warranty does not apply for defects products that caused by customers assembling negligently or due to improper operation. The buyer may submit a return request email with the order details include test report along of issue description and should get from the sales team the returns authorization.
